Texas Independence Day Giveaway Bash!

giveaway news

On March 2, 1836, 59 delegates signed the Texas Declaration of Independence, separating from Mexico and creating for the first time the Republic of Texas.

RedPenTravelers.com came into existence simply because I wanted a Texas traveler's notebook but nobody offered such a thing... so what was I to do but figure out how to make one on my own?

Then I suddenly found myself making notebooks for all 50 states so that everyone could represent their homelands too. (Cue stirring rendition of America the Beautiful...)

I don't have 50 State Lines notebooks handy to give away, but in honor of Texas Independence Day, I've raided my Etsy shop for a stack of Texas-themed notebooks in various sizes and colors that I'm delighted to send to several giveaway winners!

Texas Independence Day Giveaway Bash from Red Pen Travelers Handcrafted Leather Notebooks

(Don't need a Texas notebook for yourself? Share this contest with a Texan you know!)

There'll be at least 6 winners-- maybe more!-- and you'll have a chance to let me know which notebook you would most prefer to receive if you win. I'll do my best to match up the winners with their preferred notebooks, but please understand there are no guarantees. :-)

Some of these prize notebooks are first-quality items while others are slightly imperfect: functional in every way but with small cosmetic flaws.

Prizes will be shipped next week to US addresses. Use the Rafflecopter widget below to enter the giveaway. On Monday, I'll choose at least six winners... and I also plan to announce something that I think my fellow Texans will find VERY exciting, so stay tuned and GOOD LUCK!

The fine print:

Winners will be contacted by email on Monday, March 6, 2017. If prize is not claimed by noon CST on Tuesday, March 7, 2017, alternate winner(s) will be selected. Prizes will be shipped to US addresses only. Contestant email addresses and social media accounts will be used only by RedPenTravelers.com and will not be made public, aside from links to the winner's public social account(s).
